Chris's jazz forays include 2 years playing violin with the Maurizio Geri Swingtet (Italy), a member of Jazz Sketches and collaborations with Matt Mitchell, Ed Delucia, John Ronstadt and many others.

New 2008 CD! Chris Brashear and Peter McLaughlin have released their second recording entitled So Long Arizona. The CD features new songs written by Chris and Peter. Guests include Todd Phillips, Tom Rozum, Jim Watson, Neil Harry, Jody Stecher and Kate Brislin.
